You can always bring it to us.Our offices are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm and we're in the Oxfordshire town of Thame.

We handle desktop and laptop hard drives in SATA or IDE format.

Unlike many IT support companies, we have professional recovery hardware designed for the recovery process.

Fixed Prices - no surprises

We don't charge the earth to recover your data. Our prices are fixed, as detailed below;

Free Investigation

The initial investigation of your drive is FREE.

Just get the drive to us and we'll perform a hardware diagnosis and then contact you with the results.

You only get charged when we have determined that data is recoverable and we have your permission to go ahead.

Standard Recovery - £99 including VAT

We use bespoke recovery hardware to access and recover data from your hard drive. This hardware is capable of accessing data from drives that are invisible or unaccessible to normal operating systems.

Once we have completed our investigation we contact you with details of the files we have discovered and let you make the final decision to go ahead.

We can then return the data to you in a variety of formats (DVD, Memory Stick, Hard Drive) or by Email for single files.

 

Intensive Recovery - £249 including VAT

If our standard recovery is unsuccessful, we may offer to perform an intensive recovery on the drive.

This involves dismantling the drive to component level and rebuilding the unit with working hardware, before then performing a standard recovery on the unit.

As this is a time consuming process before a real recovery can begin, we charge a labour fee of £99 including VAT for the intensive investigation.

If this phase is successful, you will then be offered an intensive recovery for £150 including vat.

Therefore, intensive recovery if successful will cost £249 including VAT.

We can then return the data to you in a variety of formats (DVD, Memory Stick, Hard Drive) or by Email for single files.
