Don't want to send a disk?

You can always bring it to us.Our offices are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm and we're in the Oxfordshire town of Thame.

We handle desktop and laptop hard drives in SATA or IDE format.

Unlike many IT support companies, we have professional recovery hardware designed for the recovery process.

Prepare your drive for shipping

Whether you have a desktop/tower PC or a laptop, we only actually need the hard drive from the machine.

In full sized PCs this will be 3.5" wide, exactly, and it should look a little like the picture on the left. In laptops it's smaller, just 2.5" wide.

You need to remove the hard drive from your machine. We realise that this can be daunting so we've put together some instructions to help. Just click on the links below to see them.

Hard drives are fragile and need to be packaged properly. So we've put together a set of instructions to help. Please read them carefully.

If you prefer, we can send you a box designed for the purpose. We make a small charge for this which is deducted from any fee you subsequently pay. If you'd like us to send you a box then please call us on 01844 216981 .

Send the disk to us

Once the disk is packaged correctly, you can print an address label using the button below.

Along with the label is a form - please complete this with your contact details and as much information as you can. We will let you know as soon as we have the disk and then again as each stage of the recovery progresses.

Remember - we don't charge you until you approve a recovery procedure and then only when the data is despatched to you.

If you're worried about sending the disk through the post, you can bring the disk directly to us (we're based in Oxfordshire) or send it via courier. A link to a courier service is available below.
